Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  1. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly like a burrito.
  1. For the best texture, heat the wrap in a grill pan for about a minute on each side. This gives it a nice, crispy exterior and warms everything up just enough.
  1. Slice your wrap in half and serve it warm with extra dipping sauce, or wrap it in parchment paper for an easy lunch to take with you!

Variations

  • Low-Carb Option: Swap the tortilla for large lettuce leaves.
  • Spicy Version: Add hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
  • Dressing Swap: Use a Greek yogurt-based Caesar for a lighter option.
  • Protein Alternatives: Try grilled shrimp or turkey instead of chicken.

Storage and Meal Prep Tips

  • Store wraps properly: Wrap them tightly in parchment paper and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
  • Keep dressing separate: If making ahead, store the dressing separately to prevent sogginess.
  • Prep chicken in advance: Cook and store grilled chicken in the fridge for easy assembly during the week.

What to Serve with a Chicken Caesar Wrap

Pair your wrap with:

  • Sweet potato fries
  • Chips and salsa
