- 2/3 cup chopped cilantro

How to Make Queso Dip in the Air Fryer
Step 1: Make the Edible Tortilla Bowl
- Lay the tortillas inside a baking dish, shaping them into a bowl.
- Use an air fryer rack to press them down so they hold their shape, and make small cuts along the edges so they don’t fold while cooking.

- Place the tortillas into your air fryer basket and air fry at 350°F for a few minutes until crispy.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, cheddar, sour cream, milk, garlic, green onions, and cilantro. Stir everything together until well combined.

Step 3: Cook the Queso Dip
- Pour the cheese mixture into the crispy tortilla bowl.
- Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through. The cheese should be melted, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
Sprinkle some Parmesan on top for extra flavor.
Dip with tortilla chips, veggies, or toasted bread!

Tips for the Best Queso Dip
- If you don’t have an air fryer, bake it in the oven at 350°F for about 10-12 minutes until bubbly.
- Don’t overcook: Too much heat can make the cheese grainy.
- Stir halfway through: This helps the cheese melt evenly.
- Make it spicier: Add chopped jalapeños or a pinch of chili flakes.
How to Store & Reheat Queso Dip
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- To reheat, microwave it with a little milk or cream to bring back the creamy texture.
What to Serve with Mexican Queso Dip
- Tortilla chips
- Fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
- Soft pretzels
- Drizzled over nachos
- As a sauce for tacos or burritos

This queso dip is the perfect blend of creamy, cheesy, and crispy all in one.
It’s a fun way to serve a classic Mexican party food and is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite.
