Tips for the Best Mexican Pizza
- Crispier Base: Lightly toast the tortillas before assembling to keep them crunchy.
- Spice Level: Adjust the amount of chili and pepper blend for a milder or spicier taste.
- Extra Toppings: Try adding black olives, jalapeños, or extra cheese.
- Make it Vegetarian: Swap ground beef for refried beans or sautéed veggies.
- Bake it: If you don’t want to fry this pizza, you can do it in the oven. Preheat it to 375°F (190°C) and bake the assembled pizza for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the tortillas crisp up.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes to retain crispiness.

Mexican Pizza is a fun and delicious meal that combines the flavors of tacos and pizza into one irresistible dish.
Whether you’re craving Taco Bell’s version or just looking for a quick homemade meal, this recipe delivers bold flavors and a satisfying crunch.
