These peanut butter brownies are my go-to dessert when I want something quick, easy, and delicious. 

They’re perfect for peanut butter lovers and anyone who enjoys a rich, chocolatey treat. 

Plus, you only need a few simple ingredients, and they come together in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of peanut butter brownie mix (any brand)
  • 2-4 tbsp peanut butter (pouch included in the cake box)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8×8 inch square tin

How to Make Peanut Butter Brownies

  1. In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, water, egg, and oil. Use an electric mixer or whisk until smooth.

  1. Line your 8×8 inch square tin with parchment paper.
  1. Pour the brownie batter evenly into the tin.

  1. Drizzle peanut butter over the batter. I did two spoons, but if you love peanut butter, feel free to add extra!

  1. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  1. Let it cool on a rack before cutting into squares.

Tips for the Best Peanut Butter Brownies

  • Use Smooth Peanut Butter: It gives the best texture and swirl.
  • Nail The Perfect Swirl: Use a toothpick or knife to gently swirl the peanut butter into the batter before baking.
  • Don’t Overbake: Brownies should be slightly gooey in the middle.
  • Sprinkle Some Salt: A pinch of sea salt on top brings out the flavors.
  • Add Extras: Throw in some chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
