I don’t know about you, but I love a good iced coffee.

However, let’s be real. Buying one from a coffee shop every day can get expensive. Plus, those fancy drinks are often packed with sugar and calories.

That’s why I started making my own Caramel Iced Coffee at home!

It’s quick, easy, and totally customizable. You only need a few ingredients and about 7 minutes to whip this up.

No fancy equipment required. Just a glass, a spoon, and your favorite coffee.

Sounds like the perfect start to your morning?

Let’s get started!

Ingredients

White marble countertop with a french press, a cup of ground coffee, a cup of milk, a spoon of caramel sauce, and half a spoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Tips for the Best Caramel Iced Coffee

  • Since ice will dilute the drink, brewing a strong cup of coffee helps maintain that rich flavor. Cold brew also works great if you have some ready!
  • Prevent watery coffee by using coffee ice cubes! Just freeze brewed coffee in an ice cube tray and use those instead of regular ice.
  • If you love a little spice, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg. You can also use flavored coffee beans like caramel, vanilla, or hazelnut for extra depth.
  • You can turn this drink into a frappé just by blending everything with ice.
