Blueberry Raspberry Mint Mocktail

Some drinks just have a way of taking you straight to summer vibes, don’t they?

This Blueberry Raspberry Mint Mocktail is one of those!

I first whipped this up when I wanted something fun and fancy but didn’t want to reach for an overly sugary soda. 

It’s quickly become a favorite, whether I’m hosting a brunch or just treating myself on a sunny afternoon. 

Plus, it’s non-alcoholic, so everyone can enjoy it!

Let’s dive into this berry punch recipe that’s just so easy.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup (to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 cups soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Divide the blueberries, raspberries, and mint leaves evenly between two serving glasses. Use a muddler (or the back of a spoon) to gently mash the ingredients together. Be careful not to over-muddle the mint, as it can become bitter.

  1. Add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of agave syrup to each glass. Adjust based on how sweet you like it.
